There is a lobby entrance and your room will be listed to the right with the name of your choosing , please note that your room will be numbered in the order you currently see , (Example - if there are 8 rooms , your room will be listed at number 9 )and that the only time a number may change is when a user cancels their subscription , putting you at a higher # .

Our fees
Our rates are as simple and cheap as it gets !UNTIL JANUARY 1ST 2010 - $15.00 per month ! Thats it !

Paypal will bill you & withdraw the funds automatically each month so you just need to sign up once and forget about it ! It is automatically withdrawn from your account each month for you so you never have to remember to make your payment! If paypal payment fails you will have 7 days to fix the payment setup to either a new type of payment or credit card. If you dont fix it in the alotted time your room will be locked for another 7 days and if it is STILL not fixed at that time , your room will be deleted from system.

THE NAME BULLSEYE VIDEOCHAT WILL ALWAYS REMAIN AT THE TOP OF YOUR ROOM
ANY CHANGES THAT NEED TO BE MADE IN YOUR ROOM SUCH AS A BACKGROUND CHANGE OR AN ADDITIONAL TEXT BANNER MESSAGE WILL BE DONE BY THE OWNER OF THE CHAT SYSTEM WITHIN A 24 HOUR PERIOD ( OFTEN SOONER WITHIN AN HOUR OR TWO BUT WE STATE 24 HOURS IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES )
YOU WILL HAVE MODERATOR STATUS THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE SITE AND WE DO EXPECT YOU WHEN IN OTHER ROOMS ( UNPASSWORDED ROOMS ) TO RESPECT THEIR RULES AND BE AWARE THAT YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS TO KICK BAN SILENCE OR EJECT ANYONE BUT IN YOUR OWN ROOM
IF YOU ARE FOUND TO HAVE KICKED BANNED OR SILENCED SOMEONE IN ANOTHER ROOM YOU ARE NOT RENTING , YOUR SERVICE WILL BE DISCONTINUED AND YOUR ROOM DELETED AND YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM THE SITE WITHOUT ANY REFUND OF ANY SORT.
ONLY TWO MODERATORS ARE ASSIGNED TO YOUR ROOM - YOU AND ONE OTHER PERSON OF YOUR CHOOSING - ADDITIONAL MODERATORS MAY BE ADDED FOR A ONE TIME FEE OF $5.00 PER MODERATOR AND YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CHOOSE SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST SO THEY NEVER CAUSE YOU TO LOSE YOUR ROOM FOR VIOLATION OF TERMS.
WE ASK THAT YOU THOROUGHLY READ THE TERMS AGREEMENT BEFORE SIGNING UP SO YOU KNOW WHAT IS ALLOWED AND NOT ALLOWED IN ROOMS.
